FREE RANGE GEESE & DUCKS
Our geese and ducks at Christmas come from Madgett's Poultry over-looking the Wye Valley. It is owned and run by husband and wife team, Daryn and Elaine Williams.
The geese are hatched, watered and fed In open environments. The birds are fed a natural diet, grown slowly to full maturity, creating fat marbling through out the meat, producing a concentrated flavour, for you to enjoy. They are then dry plucked to the highest quality.

We believe in excellence and the only way to achieve this is to control all aspects of the production process.
We grow the majority of our feed and process all our birds on the farm. Our dry wax plucking system is one of only three in the country and we finish all our birds by hand.
We believe that this is the only way to deliver the quality of bird that our customers demand all year round.
