Angus & Oink's story started in South America, living, travelling, working and tasting a continent. Eating and learning how to eat from simple street food stands in Trinidad, hole in the wall wood fired BBQ joints in Texas, butcher shops in Louisiana and restaurants under a mango tree in Mexico. We learned how to cook food with fire and smoke, how to use chillies and found exhilaration and happiness from within.

Their mission is simple, deliver flavour to the world. Bringing a new wave of authenticity, of righteous spiciness that adds depth to good food. Real flavour exists! Don't be fooled by the mediocre, grasp the new wave, hang on for the ride and let your mouths live. Release the Sauce Demons!!!

We've been on a quest to develop a Chinese glazing rub for a while, playing with various ingredients to get depth of flavour and great colour from natural sources along with banging flavours. BIG PHAT GREEK SEASONING - Big Phat Greek Rub Seasoning, this spice seasoning was developed with inspiration from holidays in Greece, with sunshine, great seafood and night time street food.Apply rub to moist meat surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in. ROOTIN TOOTIN RED CAJUN SEASONING - Rootin Tootin Red Cajun Seasoning was developed with inspiration from Louisiana and The Bayou, its' great when used for Blackened Fish, Luscious Chicken Thighs, Dirty Rice......
Use Rootin Tootin Red Cajun Seasoning to marinade meat or vegetable for grilling, roasting to slow cooking. Apply rub to moist meat or vegetable surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in, use some olive oil if required. Cook away from direct heat if possible to avoid over charring. This rub can be used for BBQ, smoking or oven cooking. It's a great addition to cajun dishes such as Dirty Rice or Gumbo and makes a bombastic fantastic Fried Chicken Seasoning. CHICKEN, LAMB, PORK

HARISSA SEASONING - This Harissa Seasoning was developed with inspiration from our time in the Middle East. Traditionally a spicy sauce, we have powdered this amazing flavour of North African street food and Barbecue. Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-5% meat weight. Apply rub to a moist surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in. Can also be mixed with an olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste. Add to tagine cooking for stupendous lamb and vegetable dishes, Amazing for grilled kebabs or slow cooking! CHICKEN, PORK, LAMB

PIRI PIRI SEASONING - This Piri Piri seasoning was developed with inspiration from our time in Brazil, with spicy grilled chicken and Portuguese heritage food. Apply an even coating, use at approx 4-6% meat weight. Apply rub to moist meat surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in, Use olive oil and lime juice in a zip lock bag. Great on a spatchcock chicken slowly grilled over charcoal and spritzed with citrus. CHICKEN, PORK

MONTREAL STEAK BURGER SEASONING - Our Montreal Steak & Burger Seasoning is for steaks. Big steaks not to be missed steaks. Also ideal as a burger seasoning for making smash burgers on the flat plate grill or the cast iron in the kitchen. Add the seasoning at 3% to ground beef and use as you would for salt on a steak. The flavour profile has dill and garlic which lift the meat to another level with notes of pickle and the sweetness of the garlic. We've added oregano, coriander and caraway for herby content and a peppery finish. BEEF

GAUCHO STEAK CHIMICHURRI SEASONING - Our Gaucho Steak Seasoning or chimichurri seasoning was developed with inspiration from our time in Argentina and meaty weekends cooking asado on the parrilla. You can't beat cooking big chunks of beef and lamb outside! Use the Gaucho Steak Seasoning while grilling steaks or adding a herbaceous blast to grilled meats cooked outside under the big sky. Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-5% meat weight. Apply the rub to steaks while cooking as a replacement for salt and pepper. Make burgers with 3-5% seasoning depending on taste. DIRTY COW BEEF BBQ RUB - This Dirty Cow Beef BBQ Rub was developed to deliver Maximum Crustal Distortion and super bark power for Brisket & Beef Ribs in a low & slow cooking environment. Dirty Cow Beef BBQ Rub has uber umami impact using both natural and super natural flavour force enhancers. We grind fresh coffee beans using our bare knuckles, to the ideal powder size for rub flow and balance this with deep mahogany javanese sugar, the best you can get for the most superlative rub out there for Beef. A peppery finish with black and white pepper, a hit of chipotle and slight herbals give the spicy crust married with the pronounced bark you are seeking for BIG BEEF. Beefiness purveys this rub, from umami to beefiness to Chilean oregano. Finally colour is important on the finished beef joint so we added smoked paprika, nutmeg and soy sauce powder for ultimate mouth watering appeal. BEEF

CUBAN SEASONING - Our Cuban Seasoning was developed with inspiration from the movie 'Chef' and from a trip to Cuba. Layers of fresh citrus, balanced with deeper cumin, smoked paprika and a deep chilli hit. Apply the Cuban Seasoning to a moist surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in, it can also be fixed with olive oil and citrus to form a paste. Add to roasted pork and then cook and slice for Cubano sandwiches with cheese, pickle, ham and mustard.....que rico! CHICKEN , PORK

ZHOUG SEASONING - This Zhoug seasoning was developed with inspiration from our time in the Middle East. Pungent cardamom & coriander, freshness, green and herbaceous but with a kick of chilli. Use our Zhoug Seasoning to season chicken, seafood, flat bread or to make a spicy salad dressing. Apply an even coating, use at approximately 3-5% meat weight. Apply rub to moist surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in. This can also be mixed with olive oil and lemon to form a paste. Mix with yoghurt for most excellent kebabs. Cook away from direct heat where possible to avoid over charring. CHICKEN

HOT N' HOSTILE SEASONING (HABANERO & LIME) This rub is coming in Hot & Hostile with a banging kick in the gob and a smack round the face. Alpha Oscar 1 9'er we have a situation, load the heavy weapons for a wing drop on your location!!! Heat from green jalapeño & rich roasted habanero the chilli spice hits at different levels, carried on the wings of pure flavour and backed by powerful lime. Colour from beetroot, smoked paprika and Spanish paprika with added depth from onion granules, garlic and oregano. This rub delivers on flavour with a kung fu kickin. Great as a wing dust, on chicken thighs or even as a nacho powder it has hardcore tasty tendencies that will make you want to eat through the pain. Fire in the hole!!! CHICKEN

LIMITED EDITION JACK & COLA BBQ RUB - When we got news that we were being invited to compete in The Jack Daniels World Championship Contest 2018 we decided to create a rub to celebrate! Our resident rub wizard got to work and started creating, what is the best thing to go with Jack Daniels, well that would be Cola, of course. So we are delighted to release our Limited Edition Cola Rub, just perfect for making Porky Cola Cubes. As the sauce is made fresh every week and without a recipe the taste will always differ slightly but the heat and flavour will always be there.

The Ribman's Rib Rub is a dry marinade. This spice mix that can be used on ANYTHING as a dry rub.
