Martin Player only sources 100% PGI Welsh beef. All of our producers must adhere to strict working practices and animal welfare.
We are able along with the farmers to provide full traceability of every animal. From delivery we dry age our beef for a minimum of 28 days in our maturation chiller to increase flavour, tenderness and texture. We sell every cut available from the cheaper ox cheek to the tender fillet.
We insist on the following.
All cattle must be born, reared and finished on Welsh farms and best practice in selection for slaughter.
